If you mean in youtube search function you need high retention views,likes/dislikes, favorites and subs to get your youtube video higher in youtube search. Only build backlinks to your video if you plan or want to have it rank in google search!

I think you can sell it without earnings if the traffic and rankings are legit. You will get alot less then if you could show 6 months of adsense earnings. But you can see if a site will be profitable in about 30 min solid research.

Dont look at PR Because alot have fake/experied PR sort by ammount of backlinks and start copy pasting every domain and inspect the backlink profile using websites...
