Don't sell products in the USA for $20, sell a set for $100 :) Look at what your competitors are selling and their prices, and you'll understand that in tier-1 countries. it's mathematically impossible to sell something for such a low price without upsell.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions. Facebook can either delay spending or use up most of the budget in an hour in the morning without any results... And all of this is normal.

Telegram Ads is generally expensive if you need a premium audience.

Enough for what? Let's say you earn $180-190 — will that be enough for you? The question is not about the traffic source, but about the offer with payment and hold that will allow you to work.
