I am with okpay as well, but could never reach them on the phone when I have a problem or question. They seem sort of oke, but they really need to clear up that customer service. If you are handling other peoples money, as in online banking as they are, they need to hire real phone support.

SEnuke X is a good tool. I would recommend use your own private proxies though, the success rate of creating new accounts is very much higher then using the ones that come with it.
