ahh right... im too familiar with the .net environment and VS ide... the most likely alternative to VS is probably netbeans... but when I was learning java it was on bluej... so it would take time for me to get used to it etc. would rather leave it for someone else who has experience with it all =)

ok well this is the way it would work, let say we search a popular term that gets tweeted about a lot... infact trending topics are best... so lets say we search twitter about a trending topic, then we can scrape the last 100 people who tweeted about it within a matter of seconds, and keep doing...
