Check this Print screen on 16th you asked me if "I need Card specific Statement", I replied "Yes" Now it's 26th, already on 10 days passed. Please resolve this issue I don't wanna take this matter to dispute resolution category but if needed I won't hesitate to do that.

That's statement is incomplete. I told you to send CC specific statement, which u wanted to send but not received anything yet. My both cards will get refund. CC 7348 will get refund $25 CC 5171 will get refund $70

Not solved only got $187. $309+$66=$375 - $187= $188 still need to resolve.
