Yep info is everything. Insider Trading is illegal in the USA and being that Forex is mostly international, those rules don't apply overseas. Thus, insider trading is NOT illegal in the realm of Forex. Very hard to enforce laws about insider trading especially if it's not in US jurisdiction.
