I received the WMT notification for my site in April, still hasn't budged from top 1000 in rankings.

You might only be #1 in your area (try searching from a diff location/comp). Also, sometimes the traffic estimates are way off on google keyword

After the recent penguin/panda updates, all my rankings have tanked from top 10 to 1000+. I feel that my site may have gotten penalized. Does anyone know of any members here who specialize in getting sites out of the penalty, or any services that may help?
