By posting the same exact pictures 6 times a day for 3 weeks without getting flagged for spammed?

I've seen multiple accounts doing the same strategy. Makes me wonder if its the same person. I've tried posting multiple times while changing the image caption on another account I experiment with and got 0 views after the 4th or 5th post and that account has been live for over a month.
