I agree, i think what these books dont touch on is when you've hit rock bottom, how do you pick yourself back up. Life kicks you hardest when you're already down, and getting back up can be tricky to say the least. I personally don't lack the work ethic, but i struggle to get my mindset right...

How do we know ad networks arent artificially boosting their own clicks for profit. They get paid for clicks, so who wins from fake traffic, the networks. If you pay CPC and dont get any hits, or its cheap and takes too long to spend $10, then they arent making money. A good sized, reputably...

I was using mostly inpage, but will give the push a go. I assumed it was a platform issue and that some will offer a greater quality of referral. I dont mind paying more for this as paying for bots is never going to be a fruitful venture.
