Update: I’ve reached a total of 7 million engaged views in just 10 Shorts only 3 million more to unlock Shorts ads. YouTube still hasn’t updated my views yet, and I can’t even unlock Super Chats even though I’ve hit 3 million views.

Shorter videos get pushed out less when you're just starting that's the problem. Once you reach a certain threshold, then you can switch to shorter ones.
