I wanted to continue my case here. The people at playerup contacted me and are fixing the issue. The problem is due to an error in my payment information. You can close this now...thanks everyone.

I really hope this isn't the case before, it took a while but they paid I thought it was because it wasn't verified which costs $20 but if you sell with them once. They verify you for free, which did not happen.
