You need to be patient and always keep an eye on the new jobs. Accept some small jobs with low revenue first, just to build a good reputation, then you'll start getting invitations. That's how I started ;)

Google won't approve ads with direct links to third-party sites (that you don't own). Even if your ads get approved, sooner or later you will get a warning
That's why people use Landing Pages

1 Domain should be enough (creating subdomains for every LP)
Also, to avoid any problems with Google Ads, you might want to cloak your CB hop links. I use a short PHP redirection script for this.
