why do people selling domains, brag that their site is PR 1? it is 1 out of 10...
1/10 is a bad way of looking at it as it implies it's in the bottom 10% of sites out there. In reality I'd wager that maybe only half the sites on the web have a PR of 1 or higher (anyone have any actual data for this?)- ensuite
