I wonder why no one mentions the easiest link-building method, which is both safe and hands-off. A simple two-tier link wheel is all you need for most niches. You can easily do it with either RankerX or GSA SER. I only use GSA for all my projects, and I don’t bother with PBNs or guest posts...

You can find videos on YouTube. Also decent tutorials at gsa forum I don't think you will need 3 tiers however it doesn't hurt. I would build two tier projects only with gsa ser as I always do.

If you are a newbie just grab gsa ser and you won't need scrapebox to scrape. Like @SativaBuzz said it's not worth tis scrape as it will even more expensive than buying a list or just outsource that part. Still you want to scrape you still can do that inside gsa and no need to spend on scrapebox...

I don't think buying those packages will do any good. Instead, I would build more projects on GSA SER. You can pay for proxies and link lists instead of those backlink packages. After all, with GSA, you have full control. May I know which VPS you used? As many VPS providers are not supported...
