You can forget to run ads for these niches without a cloaker or some other methods to ''hide'' what you are offering.

True, what we did was very stupid, we burned our possibility to actually cloak payments trough that gateway just because we used their API-Key on our Blackhat Store. I suggest everyone to do a cloak and work with reliable processors. High-risk-gateways are very very sketchy, holding funds etc...
