I’m curious to know which industry you’ve run ads for. It’s not necessarily your account. Facebook is very strict with ads in India, and sometimes accounts get flagged simply because of the region or the type of campaign. That doesn’t always mean your account is the problem.
Collect sufficient evidence to prove that you are the rightful owner of the brand—such as a trademark registration, official website, or admin rights to the official fanpage—and simultaneously report the impersonating or scam page to Facebook
