i usually prefer scaling slowly and keep an eye on cpa ctr and conversions before increasing the budget more. if the performance starts becoming inconsistent i would rather keep the current budget stable for a while instead of scaling too fast.
facebook ads still work but in some parts of asia they can get pretty expensive.only certain types of businesses seem to get really good returns from them and it mostly depends on the offer and targeting.

if the connections are totally unrelated to your niche then random connections cannot be useful at all.it is better for me to have 100 connections in my niche compared to 500 random people who do not interact with my posts at all.
a suspended account can sometimes impact new advertising.1st i would ensure that the ad account and billing have no issues as well as ensuring that there are no violations currently associated with the page.when there have been past limitations it is best to deal with that before creating new ads.
