Pick a niche first, then focus on: script, voiceover, editing, thumbnail, upload consistently. You don’t need to show your face, but low effort faceless content usually dies fast now. Retention is everything.

There’s no 100% safe niche honestly. You can use royalty free stuff, but if the content feels too reused/low effort, YouTube can still demonetize it. Main thing is adding your own editing, voiceover, storytelling, etc.

Main thing now is replies + consistency. Reply early under bigger accounts in your niche and actually add something useful, not “nice post bro”. Also keep posting original stuff consistently. Small accounts grow way faster from engagement than from random posting
