The only difference is the quality and control, usually I get placements on high authority sites where the links and anchors are guaranteed and I don't think so that free guest posts comes with benefits mostly they are low value blogs- xPWN1t

What’s your average DR target for tier-1 links?
To me DR alone doesn’t always move the needle, but it’s still a solid authority signal when combined with real traffic and niche relevance. I Personally, have seen the best results with DR 40–60+ links- xPWN1t
