Update on this. Out of 13$ + 0.3$ (deposit fee). All numbers had 1.5$ price-tag. I got 5 working previously non-registered numbers and 3 previously registered numbers which were essentially waste of money. So, 2.66$ per working number, with 62.5% success rate.

I did 2 deposits and bought 3 numbers. 1 of the numbers didn't work, it was previously registered but cancelled, so I don't get benefits but will be charged. But still 2/3 for Finnish non-voip numbers is not bad. Quite expensive tho, 1.5$ + 1-10% deposit fee and 1/3 extra for a chance at already...
