Does the gmail account have to be phone activated? Using a phonenr from said country of course.

On your website it says i can add 15 ip's (using the control panel) from which i can access the proxies. However, my isp routinely cycles through the entire subnet when allocating my ip. Can i add it as something like 1.2.3.0/24? :)

Can i give /24 ip range to access the proxies from?
