There are lots of resources where you can read about web scraping in Python. I found these for instance...
http://www.gregreda.com/2013/03/03/web-scraping-101-with-python/
http://jakeaustwick.me/python-web-scraping-resource/
And some libraries you can use and see how they are coded...
I'd recommend Python or Ruby. Both are great and pretty easy to learn.
And also I think there are some open source bots doing what you want. Check around at Github. You can probably find code that you can modify to suit your needs.
Review:
I got one giveaway with 6 backlins.
1) All were do-follow
2) Anchor text was set correctly
3) Somewhat high OBL on all pages
5) Report very ease to read and understand
Thumbs up, probably best for tier 1 as some guys have already said.
Cheers and thanks for the giveaway!
Yes that's it. Just tried with a single project and it works. Don't think the number of projects is the problem here, probably the size of them. I'll try to make them smaller.
Cheers!
Running on my server (not VPS). Tried running as admin, no difference I'm afraid. Strange thing is I haven't changed anything in my setup except for the updates of GSA itself. It has no problem writing other files such as site lists.
