I personally use TweetAdder - and it gives me decent results. Heard good reviews about TweetAttacks too. And in BHW - u will also get lists which follow you back - so combination of TweetAdder or TweetAttacks along with the follow back list is a good option to me..

As per my experience if you are looking for good quality spinning TBS is the best. AMR is best for article submission. So, both have their own use and I guess its not an either or question. So, if you can afford go for both TBS + AMR. Spinnercheif - well I have not use personally so no...

My experience has been similar to yours. I got many sites now and added only 4-5 to web master. With or without webmaster I see similar indexing speed..

Hey, as per my knowledge proxy is not a must in tweet attacks. You can run without proxy also. But ya, in case you are using too many accounts and posting a lot of stuff it will be better to use proxies to hide your ip. Alternative might be ip hiding software like hotspot shield..hope this helps :)
