It's new domain. If you mean backlinks, there are no backlinks. I tried to outreach other sites but didn't get any response. Only have 1 backlink which is not a good source so I don't think that's affecting. Created the whole project, with 18k pages. Followed some basic technical SEO...

I did not use plugin. Wrote it dynamically with python. But nothing fancy. Basic sitemap.

Mostly, people use these 3.. A little expensive but worth: Ahrefs or Semrush (i personally use Semrush, didn't try Ahrefs but others like it) Free: Google Keyword Planner

I think this is because GSC do not read the sitemap everytime you update the sitemap. They read when they want(whatever the algorithm is) and then update that "last read" time.

I'm not sure but maybe adding some small "human" mistakes may help the article for AI detection. It's not an issue right now but we don't know about the future..

For scraping, I use datacenter proxies.

Maybe you can go html only in job pages (those 80) instead of converting all project to html.

All of the posted links are no-follow as far as I know. But some people argue that after getting unknown amount of upvotes(depends on the subreddit), links become do-follow. Not tested myself.

The only action I can think of is reporting and trying to make him banned from those subreddits. That's an interesting stalking. He monitors keywords of your brand I think.

It depends on the subreddit category and community I think. Starting fresh with 0 subs may be harder in some cases. What's the advantage of fresh start? I can't think of any if you are going to use the same method(crossposting).

No harm in it. But it's not beneficial for SEO. Only benefit is when a user clicks on your profile and sees it and visits your site.

Do that account finds you in different subreddits or it monitors only 1 subreddit for specific keywords? User accounts can be bots too. Banning from subreddit don't work?

I created a new site with 18k pages 2 months ago. It indexes about 3k pages in every 2-3 weeks. The thing is, it indexes 3k instantly.. The first index was just 50 pages btw. Then the second was 150. The third is 3k. The fourth is 3k.
