The problem with ai is that if you don't know the language/framework/library well, you can not be sure about ai's code. Ai can hallucinate or just write total bs code.

Gathering (having access to) financial info (credit cards data) always has scum possibility. In my country to create a payment processing system (it is something like stripe, right?) you need a legal entity (something like LLC) and have a license for this from a national/central bank.

Sorry for being rude but it is impossible and makes no sense (unless for a scam purposes). Besides technical part there is legal and security. One person simply cannot make it. It has to be a company/agency (group of people) with relevant licenses, budgets and specialists.
