My host doesn't authorize SMTP
You can use cloudflare and from there choose a custom e-mail provider such as Zoho, add their MX records (there's plenty of guides for it). It will do the job for you and is free- TheoSEO

how long 1 Facebook account should be warmed up so it is legal and will not be banned easy?
Create it first, act like it's a normal acc only adding 2-3 friends for start, then do a few msgs and let it rest for a few days. Once a week passed it's good to go. -
