    thanks for that great answer, it just makes me wonder, that if repeated cases of "selling out" are mentioned by the domain owners (even if at a good seeming price) that possibly thereby, the trademark owner has a "slightly" upper hand, and might threaten with law suits etc., or just to trick you...
