Its violations against facebook regulation and the limit will be drop, i had the same problem where i promoted gambling ads and get rejected , even some ads is active , you will still get limit drop.

Yes, we'hv experienced this issue, it will be facebook banning your traffic. Account all good without any restriction but doesnt spend a single cent. The only solution is replace with a new one.
