I would use stable diffusion since it's open source and all the paid services are based on that. If you have a bad GPU you can use Google Collab to run it, there's plenty of tutorials on YT for that

No it's not find a good base model on civit AI and optimize your prompt, I always get the same face/body after I spent some time working on my prompt

In my experience Fanvue works best since they have a good chat feature for PPV's. You won't make a lot with the memberships, 90% of my revenue is PPV
