Someone talking about "Unlimited" Cards shouldn't be worried about $200 deposit :D. For TG if you want privacy, just use hushed numbers or Fragment Anonymous numbers.

I remember when i tried registering for mybrocard last time, they asked for an interview or something. ( Services which i have mentioned above doesnt have all those. Just register > Fund and issue . ( Abcards has card issue limits, you need to spend good inorder to increase limits )
