    Hello, I never used them for seo tools but for a webhosting server they are good and efficient. Servers are on 100 Mbps lines but you can't use 100 Mbps constantly only around 20 Mbps.

    You can keep $100 or so but not $1000. It's too risky. You must move those funds out or in a verified account with a different ip of course :) Paypal can restrict account at anytime.
