Update - I have gone on the diagnostic tool and it says my ads aren't showing, yet everything is approved?

So far Njalla, Godaddy and namecheap have suspended my domains, or friends domains, any suggestions for a domain provider for BH projects?

Njalla is a joke i was told it was anonymous yet all my domains are gone, 0 response from them, anyone have a alternative for BH projects?

Update - They gave me a new card with new BIN for free, it went live on my ads, runs well and I didn't get suspicious payment ban, all good for now, dashboard works well, used KYC to get more then 1 card, everything good - one thing I will stress is the telegram support is not great lol
