Well Idk about the accounts but if he just bought them from someone else then he didn't agree with anything :) If you're saying he created them in his personal name then it's a different matter . I don't know what he needs the accounts for though ? The cloaking platform works 100%...

Sure they can ! I can make a TOS in my website too saying once you visit it and stay over 5 seconds you need to pay $100 but that doesn't mean I have a case against you if you don't comply ... This is ofcourse an absurd example but it's just to illustrate the fact that being TOS or not is not...
