I would use mystore.com/blog cause the subdomain is considered as a separate domain, which means you need to build up domain authority twice. With the blog page on your main domain, the blog gets natural juice and authority from the backlinks you build to the domain.

Better get good PBN domains in the first place so you don't have to deal with spamming them later on. If you want to get a boost, just get new good PBN domains and add links to your tier1 instead.
