Yes , when he sent the first account and I told him it's not working, this was the first screenshot he sent and I replied as being fake . The for second account , he never presented a screenshot . See proof here

Yep but he didn't give full access. From research when " Google cannot verify that account belongs to you" . Who has access to the account now? Is it me or him . Who can log in on his side successfully ? If i say he didn't give full access, I mean it

If so then why did you replace the first account . It had same problem and also It was not even activated . So you gave me a fake account first and replaced with one that had partial access

I disagree with the statement "I broke it myself, can you help me?" From the evidences , the problem was caused because you gave partial access

To me I would not consider it as a sold account because the access is not full . If I had log in with full access and used it in a bad manner and blocked account ,then there would be no replacement

Remember this is not a rented account .This a an account I bought so it requires full access

So then @KingOfSMMcom assuming someone bought an account from you and you did not give full access and the 2 hours is over, can you truly say you delivered a working account?

The reason being that according to BHW Dr rules, you need to first make an attempt to settle a dispute before you can bring here . He never accepted the attempt thats why I further brought here

We all know that when the issue of not able to verify account appears, it means the old user needs to verify bt tapping "This is me " and select a number for full access
