    I'm inspired to help out! I've worked full-time as a health coach and personal trainer for 16 years. When the pandemic hit in 2020 I lost about 50% of my clients. I had to transition my business online and I still haven't recovered. Which is why i'm here! Trying to figure out how to generate leads!
