I observe the same when i replay to other twetes. For now I asume that in my case the main reason is: replay to same people several times per day , few days in a row

I look at other browsers that are incognito, and I tipe my twitter username in twitter surch. I dont relay on websites which look when twitter is shadowbanded. So I imidetly know what twit push me in shadowban

what exactly you target: highly targeted users interested in the content? With old twitter account for example i used tactic: those who liked my twetts, i like tham back 2-3 twetts and i got a folowers very easy. But i need to spend a lot of likes every day :)

Today i made 60 actions in 24 hours (shadowban arive betwen 50-55 action). And i am afected by shadowban. Lets see now if twitter blue status will help to unshadowban faster than usual (usualy my shadowbans are 7-10 days long). To many people reply to me so reply back and presed my twitter too...
