Sa Sadly im gonna tell you that you cant build anything with only $1000. If you want something as a passive income you can try to buys some Stocks/ETF with high dividend. But you need a huge ammout of money to do that.

I honestly think that books are very useless, the most important thing is to understand how money works for you. So you can maybe start some business using some savings or if you dont have a lot, just invest and accumutale long term...REMEMBER, fiat money will always lose value so just exchange...
