Ok i just did exactly what GoldenGlovez mention and it turns out to be different that i expected. Actually i want my url to be commented on each blog website not randomly choosing my url to comment but i just want all my website to be commented on each blog website. Thanks

Legally i mean. Well as for me they dont charge any tax when i withdraw but my friends in UK does. Kind of weird but im not sure what policy do they have over there.
