Problem Solved.. i was using windows 8.1 while the software can only work accurately on windows 10 and 11 which i was able to switched to my windows 10 laptop and it works like a charm on pixelscan and the mobile pass on safari browser but not on chrome which will do for now... haven't actually...- Castro147
