Uh, wow. I suggest you browse the forum a bit before you do stuff like that. You may in fact be number 1 for a few days before your site gets sent to the bowels of ranking hell.

You don't seem to have the same enthusiasm for discussion on IM methods as most others do in this forum. If I don't find a thread helpful or something where I can offer help then I exit that thread and keep browsing/searching the forum. It's just not cool to s@@t on other people's threads...

This thread is about "open discussion". Certainly if I had all the answers, I would just create a new thread and share with everyone. It may be useless for you, but helpful for others.

It will still be around, although different. And...there will still be other ways to cash in like social networks

Perhaps, but I think this is another step in G's plan to basically control search with their own content or with sites they deem as authorities.

Also, no redirects. 100's of links were quite the norm when I started the site about a year ago. It took that to beat all the other guys like me. :) Perhaps in a normal world that niche wouldn't have many inbound links. If that's the case then every other niche site I own won't rebound...
