That's a good idea but the problem is I'm recruiting for my base only. With the guard you sign up for your local base. I really can't recruit across the country because I have to meet with them personally and bring them to the recruiters office. So I probably can't recruit more than a 50 mile...

It would be nice but it's only for people in the Guard to do. It's run by a thrid party company called docupak http://www.guardrecruitingassistant.com/air/faq.php They have you do this lame 30 min training thing that teaches you nothing.

Mostly I add high school graduates or just do a search for 18 year olds that are near me online now, I haven't been using any keywords but that's a good idea.
