I found the solution in case anyone is interested. In Posts & Links go to: Formatting filters: and select "Expose syndicated posts to formatting filters" You can then use the "Add Attribution for FeedWordPress" plugin to add Quick Adsense codes to the posts and have ads show up.

I just put together an autoblog using Feedwordpress and found the same problem. I can put ads on the sidebars but not on the post pages. Does anyone have a solution?

In the "Other" section the Adult Webmaster Forum and Pay Per Install links go to suspended websites.
