I've tried cancelling our account, no response, they keep charging. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this.

Not getting any response from support, tried contacting them at least 3 times with no response whatsoever. First two campaigns we started seem to work ok, third one doesn't work at all. I have the basic package now, would upgrade to Pro if the service worked or if there was support I could talk...
