Im gonna update this again as i think first impressions with XSServer were not that accurate. Scrapebox is running slow as hell! Im not sure where the problem lies, i initially blamed my proxies (squid) so theyve issued some new ones. But im finding posting even without proxies its below...

thought id update this is anyones interested in the absence of a PM (above) i signed up in the end. so after a week or so on average its getting around 70Meg down and 60 up so pretty good it seems for a shared connection :)
