Can you recommend a good source of "junk traffic" or PPV traffic?

When you say "convert on the backend" do you mean the person actually signs up? The pixel fires after the customer enters the credit card info and gets charged shipping on their "marketing kit" so I don't get paid unless they convert anyways.

Found a new way to monetize some leads with biz-opps CPA offer but my epc is way up to like 40%! Ouch. I earned a grand today but the advertiser is going to be like "wtf" any ideas on how to send some legit traffic over with legit referrer? I am open to any suggestions.
