You can try using a program called proxycap. It lets you run programs through a proxy. I searched Google on how to change the device ID and a few methods came up, so if you want give searching a try you'll find some results.

Insta-bot is a fucking piece of shit. I swear to god do not buy it. I had it before FL. I actually just bought FL yesterday and FL is way more better. You could get more use out of a bot made in imacro than with insta-bot. I felt ripped off the second I bought it.
