I think is ok if the primary function is not affiliate webview. as example, your apps maybe a tutorial "how to make 6 packs abs in 1 month", then another tab is your affiliate view. I think is ok.

i've been doing a lot with unity and eclipse. I tested and launched my games and apps several to see how it was going. It run well without any promotion(if you have the right keyword). Games and apps industry are still wide open because not many people doing it. i completely out from my work now...
