Hard to tell without more exact details. But I recommend switching to buying traffic from ad networks instead of Google or social traffic. You have more budget control, and personaly, I have better results in general.

Go for it ,and if it doesn't suit your expectations, experiment with new ideas as you go. For ad monetization I can recommend Mondiad as they have many ad formats, pay daily, and don't have strict entry requirements.

Push or popunders, but it depends on the niche as well. I'd go with ad networks to have more budget control.

I wouldnt waste time on this, like many already said in this thread, it's the traffic's provider job to filter out bot traffic, although naturally, they can't do it 100%. Try speaking to your provider and see if they can help with traffic analysis or identify any issues.

I believe it's up to everyones personal experience. Exclusive offers would be more lucrative, less saturated audiences but also harder to set up.

Lot's of them out there... TrafficJunky, JuicyAds, PopAds, PopCash, Mondiad, ClickAdu, etc I suggest asking the reason for the ban so you could avoid it in the future.

I would suggest popcash or popads.

push and mobile will always be a great combo for me
