How is this domain ranking right now?

I bought a lot of links. At first there was an increase in traffic, but after 2 weeks the traffic started to decrease. And now this site has no traffic. The reason can only be because of the links. Nothing else was done.

How long does it take to take down the Penguin algorithm? I removed all links, accelerated the indexing of pages. What else can I do?

They're not expired domains. The domains are completely different. With ages ranging from 1 year to 11 years. Different topics, different domain zones.

I too thought the links weren't showing up because they were of low quality. But from the same domains they are shown for the first site and not shown for the second.
